Hey everyone,

here is the situation...

Tshirts will be in by 5pm today. Peter is going to deliver the shirts to the person you bought them from. So if you bought your shirts from michele or meg t, they will have your shirt. If you bought your shirt from peter, you can pick your shirt up at his place in Madeline Crossing on Elkton Road. Give him a call at 9085817671.

If for some reason peter doesnt meet up with you before the bar crawl, we will have the shirts at Deer Park at 6:15. If you still need a shirt, you can buy one at Deer Park for $10.

Be at Deer Park no later than 6:30, which is when the drinking starts. Here is the official agenda:

Deer Park: 6:30
Grottos: 7:00
Shaggys: 7:30
Margaritas: 8:00 <-----pit stop for dinner
HomeGrown: 8:30
Iron Hill: 9:00
Kates: 9:30
Balloon: 10:00

with over 40 people, i think it may take a little more than 30 mins at each bar, and would think we wont make it to balloon til atleast 10:30.

1) Bar Crawl list is up to 41 people

2) We have over 20 people who have pre-paid for shirts

3) Everyone should have a shirt, so if you are coming to the bar crawl, contact one of us by IM - pete @ sport22311, gavin @ muscles64, and we will get u a shirt.

4) So heres the deal...because of the newly established Brickyard #2, we will no longer be stopping at my apartment. Plan is Deer Park @ 6:30, Grottos 7, Shaggys (aka brickyard) 7:30. Shaggy's takes forever to ID....they have this machine where they scan, and print out a bracelet with your full name on it, kinda shady...anyway, the line gets real long, so it may be better to have 1/2 go to grottos while the other 1/2 is at shaggys and switch it up. but we'll see...thats all for now.

ok, due to the fact that this bar crawl will have about 40 people, we are gonna cancel out the trap, and start at Deer Park at 6:30. However, never fear..in order to "catch up" from the beer we lost at the trap, i am going to get a keg at my apartment above TCBY, and we will stop there for another beer....And, after the bar crawl ends, invite everyone back to my place for a late night...heres an updated list of everyone whos in so far...

yes people, its happening. There will be a Rodney B bar crawl for everyone who lived there our freshman year. However, heres the situation...i have no idea when we should do it...let me get my calendar out...

ok, heres what im thinking...Thursday, MAY 26th...6pm we get this started at The Trap...then deer park, Grottos, Margaritas, Homegrown, Iron Hill, Kates, and end it at Balloon for one of the last mug nights ever.

If anyone has a problem with it being on finals week, well, if i know Rodney B...you will probably be drinking anyway.

If anyone is interested in making shirts, let me know. I figure you make 25 of them, and have people pay you before the bar crawl, that way you wont get screwed.
